D.E.I victimizes the individual who is placed into a position, job, etc. in which their lack of competency will result in failure. Depending on the job type, the failures can have minimal to catastrophic consequences for both the D.E.I appointee and those impacted by the failures.
I'm no expert, I have no insider information. I'm just an average American, voicing an opinion. And judging from all the videos, from all the angles provided, am I the only one who thinks that helicopter flew directly into that plane? It appeared to be making a beeline for it, for quite some time, so the pilot had more than enough time to alter course. Visibility was not a factor. If it was equipment malfunction, then it happened practically on impact and the pilot is blameless. As is the tower. Unless it was deliberate. But they may still be blameless, bc I understand these helicopters can be remotely operated. Sure, this could be called a conspiracy theory, but I know what I saw and it looked like the helicopter made a direct hit. Why is the big question.
You are not the only one. Over the 16 years since we were dragged through the looking glass I have learned that the definition of "conspiracy theory" has changed to mean conclusions that defy the narrative. "They" say that the purpose of the "training" mission was rescue of government leaders in the event of an emergency... "They" like to tell us what they did without saying that they did it.

Its equal justice; not equitable justice.
Its equal opportunity; not equitable opportunity.
Its E pluribus unum; not Ex uno multis.
D.E.I by design destroys.
It is psycological abuse.
Well said. I might add from another perspective that we’ve fallen into the trap of self-as-god, substituting D.E.I. for Imago Dei.
We need to find out why professional and college team sports didn't get on board with DEI for athletes.

Thanks for putting into words my exact thoughts. Eloquently articulated and spot on.
